CriticalAs a resident during the prior ownership and the current ownership I can say that the facility as greatly declined since the new ownership took over. Maintenance and repairs have been virtually nonexistent. Regarding the care part, staffing has been greatly reduced! Call light response times have greatly increased. The good employees are all leaving and the ones they are bringing in are substandard at best. Residents are moving out faster than they can move in and management doesn't seem to care. There are several …

PositiveMy aunt recently moved into Heritage Grove. The staff could not be more supportive and kind, helping to make a difficult decision easier. She has significant dementia, but the caregivers in her neighborhood already know her well. They told me who her friends are (??she has friends!!??), they see her as an individual and know her personality already. She is getting excellent medical care as well. Communication has been amazing. They just have so much to offer, making her life so much better. The foods good too!!

Beautiful facility but no enthusiasm…

That was it, no explanation of why. It may well have been due to ongoing confusion about two diabetic sores on his feet and knee that we…
