PositiveAlicia, Shon and Kimberly are all top notch Heritage employees! THANK YOU for the excellent care and compassion you share with so many. (Happy birthday, Alicia!)

CriticalHeritage Living Center is short-staffed. You have to wait for a long to get people to come in, sometimes up to 40 minutes. So, I'm not pleased with the place right now, but I understand that because they do not have enough people working there. The facility is nice looking and everything. My husband is in a nice size room. He gets physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech, but I think they should do a little more. Right now, he is not eating and drinking well, so he needs to have assistance. All they …

PositiveI was there in 2019 as a result of a major hip surgery . I was on the rehab hall. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly staff. I never had a problem in the 21 days I was there. Never had a problem with any aspect of my care I was always treated with the upmost respect. Room was always clean, always got my showers when scheduled. Therapy staff was great. Food was good. Kudos to the staff. Thanks for taking such good care of me.

That was when I had my first hesitation thinking “What are we doing in this place?” With COVID these days people aren’t allowed to walk through a facility before signing the papers to have a loved one to be admitted. So that is why I’m writing this review. The very first night t…

CriticalHeritage Living Center has done a horrific job of managing infection during Covid '19. If you look at tracking sites such as Arkansas Online, they have the second-highest infection rates in the state and are under-reporting deaths. They are severely understaffed. Do not put your loved ones here, trust me.

PositiveI lived there for 9yrs during the time I needed help fighting my cancer. I was well taken care in every needing moment. The place is full of a loving and caring staff and they bring lots of fun and happiness everyday. All the residence are treated with respect and love and have activities that are fun and lively. There is live entertainment frequently where the staff interact and engage everyone. It is a wonderful place for those who need to be there. When I became healthy enough to leave, I took with me the friend…
