PositiveMy sister and I toured 7 facilities in the area. Heritage Springs was our number one choice in all categories. Very clean, smells clean, food is great according to our grandma, staff is patient and very sweet. Director is helpful and accommodating. Great activities and services. Price is great too. Rooms are a very nice size. Dining area is beautiful, actually the entire facility is beautiful.

CriticalI toured Heritage Springs Memory Care for my mom. I was quite taken aback by that one. I don't have anything good to say about it because as soon as you walk in, you smell urine. PositiveMy husband is in Heritage Spring at Lewisburg. So far, he is doing very well. I also had him in there back in the end of September for two weeks, and I wish we had sent him there from the beginning, but there was nothing available at that time. He's getting very good care there. I only know what I'm told about the food, that he is eating now because he wasn't eating in the beginning. He wasn't even eating when he was in the hospital. PositiveI had my mother in a different memory care facility for the last 2 1/2 years where she had a series of falls and fractures. After surgery at 94 years of age, sometime in a skilled nursing facility, physical therapy, I have moved her into this facility and I am so happy with the staffing, the cleanliness of the facility, the food and her accommodations .
