What I like best about High Point Residence is its cleanliness. The staff was excellent. The tour was fine, but they had us double-booked with another client. When I booked with them, they sent me a confirmation for 2:00, but when we got there, they explained to us that another family had the same booking at 2:00 as us. That's the biggest issue I had. I had my mom moved in here to the memory section at this facility at the beginning of March 2026. My daughter Yasmine helped me find this Place and I'm writting this great review to express my sincerest gratitude and appreciation towards some of the Directors and CNA'S that I have been in contact with that has made this move such a pleasant experience starting off with Cecilia, She has been a complete sweetheart throughout this whole process made the paper work and documents needed move so quickly always …

I moved into High Point Residence Tinley Park. It's great. They've updated the building, which I didn't know about until I got here. So, I didn't see anything that was outdated. The staff is limited, but very good. The people who are here are very good. It is supported living, and you really need to accept the fact that it's communal living. I'm only 67, but a lot of folks are a little bit older than that. They have good programs given their budget. They have typical bingo and exercise…

The appearance of Tinley Court was nothing great, but it was OK. The rooms were fine. The staff member who gave the tour was very polite. They have a class for yoga and they have classes for crafts. They need to bring the place up to par and up to date.

There’s a strawberry blondeish older woman who works the front desk at night always visibly intoxicated, face red as a tomato, and always looking lost, is never a help to even herself. I would never trust my loved ones here with the literal door staff not even being able to control their addictions.

The rooms, cafeteria and entryway were dirty, not maintained and smelled heavily of urine, no support staff seen, one elevator for the whole building, no activities, lots and lots of red flag here.
