Harassment and bullying

There are a few residents that are friends with the manager that verbal assault residents and even when their angry assaults on vulnerable residents are reported they are allowed to continue. They are consistently manipulating the management even with repeated complaints. Many residents have needed to leave Hillcrest because of these few residents bullying them to tear. I have witnessed this harassment and according to long term tenants, they have been harassing other tenants consistently and over a number of year…

Do not rent here

Just to put this [removed] place on blast... i have a family member who rents an apartment ran by this management company. Hillcrest... she has caught on camera someone (HER NEIGHBOR) breaking into her apartment. Because he seen the camera he just looked in and backed up. He was charged with trespassing. This company is still allowing this man to live here. She no longer feels safe about where she lives and they are not doing a [removed] thing about it. This company is [removed] and I hope they go out of business. …
