PositiveMy father-in-law is staying in Hillside Heights Rehabilitation Suites for skilled nursing. They take care of his medications and make sure he is able to get to his appointments. They do a lot of physical therapy with him, and the social aspect that he's not alone is good for him. The facility is kept up to standard, and the staff is friendly.
★★★★★
PositiveMy mom has flourished at Hillside Heights. She is still in a wheelchair, but can walk short distances now with a walker. Interior decorator did an amazing job in all four halls. It looks like a high end hotel. Too many sandwiches and rarely beef served. Menu gets repeated almost weekly.
★★★★★
PositiveSo my dad has only been a few day but nursing staff therapy & food is good! I would recommend this place and im pretty picky when it comes to my dad! Clean & helpful about anything you need!
★★★★★
CriticalI would not put a family member in this facility. They do not care what happens and take no responsibility. Record keeping does not exist.
★★★★★
PositiveIt has been great and they keep me up to date. They are trying to get my loved one moving and she really likes it. It is a wonderful experience.
★★★★★
PositiveThe overall experience at Hillside Heights Rehabilitation Suites has been good so far. I am happy with their nursing care. There is nothing we could complain about so far.
