PositiveI will be moving into Hilton East Assisted Living. I liked that they were located in a wooded area. I liked the rooms. The staff would come every three days to give me a shower, which is nice and good. I've had no problems at all with anybody there, and it seemed to be a lot better than the place I was before. I would say food is 80 percent good. The staff who assisted me did a wonderful job. She showed me where I would be. She showed me where I had to go for dinner or lunch. She showed me where the offices we…

PositiveHilton East was very friendly, the staff was very helpful. And I would recommend Hilton East to anyone looking for assisted living facilities. I appreciate everything they did for my loved one. The staff were very easy to work with, they explained everything clearly and did what they said they would do. They not only talk the talk , they walk the walk. I like that.

CriticalHilton East was terrible. The place was dark and depressing. Residents sat in their chairs as zombies--expressionless, sad. Most rooms did not have bathrooms! No A/C. Duct tape on the window a/c units. Just awful. In my opinion, it should be closed.
★★★★★
CriticalPlace is run down and always short staffed. The food is terrible and residents are not taken care off. They don’t get showered often and their beds are left filthy

PositiveMy mom moved into Hilton East Assisted Living, and she is doing great. They're very accommodating. They're attentive to her needs. Everybody is great about answering any questions that we have. The place is clean and well kept. Things are set up a little differently because of COVID and the need for social distancing. They have activities. They have socially distanced bingo. They have a beautiful courtyard, a hairdresser, and a barber. They are very accommodating, but I think there were more options for a…

PositiveI've been here at Hilton East Assisted Living for seven years now, and I love it here. I like the staff, and I like some of the aides. The nurses, the med techs, and the ones that give you your lotion and stuff or the treatment techs are great. Their activities are good. The food is sometimes OK, sometimes not. Everything's fine here except we had to be quarantined in our rooms for a while because we had some Covid cases here. Other than that, I love it here. We play bingo, and at night we play Rummy. You…
