It was going very well... But it looks like they fired the manager and that is very very upsetting. The chef was out and the food is not good. It was, now it's not. Hoping he's back soon. Very unhappy with Devonshire. Until they fix things I would be leery of sending anyone there. It was great until it wasn't.

It's a very nice place the food selection is a bit limited if your family member has issues like no teeth and are just a finicky eater. Some of the communication can be better especially if you're planning on moving out. The fact that there is no form to fill out there or way to do it on sight you need to bring a written letter preferably typed which is hard if your loved one doesn't have a computer or printer. Would really appreciate if that was made easier.

CriticalThis company is the worst run company I have ever dealt with! They turned my last bill (which I thought I had paid) over to a collection agency which tanked my credit even though they had ways of contacting me to discuss it before they did that. Trying to erase these people from my life! THEN they have the audacity to email me a year later and ask for another 200. Getting attorney
