Overall view

The staff are friendly and compassionate. The facial is very well maintained and clean. The chef prepares excellent meals and a large variety of food. There are many activities for residents to engage in. The only drawback for me was that my mother’s hair stylist was not able to use the salon there. The stylist there is only in a few days a week and she asked to come just for a hour a week to do my moms and was told no.

Lovely facility

Well my brother hasn't been there since April maybe but the facility was nice he liked the food and the size of his apartment. Always seem to be clean and the staff were very nice and attentive.

Holiday Genesee Gardens review

5 stars. They listened to the needs of my mom and helped her get the perfect apartment. The apartment was freshly painted, clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. The housekeeper even came to welcome my mom and introduced herself and let us know when the next cleaning day would be.

I’ve lived there over a yr and a half and i’m so glad I came here. The Staff stands out the most I love them all. i recently moved my Granddaughter needed help for a month and i will be going to a place closer to my Daughter after this. The foods Great [name removed] and [name removed] they are Wonderful Friends to me now The housekeepers are so nice to you their to they work hard doing housekeeping and serving meals. I appreciated the warm welcome, the friendly, thorough tour I was given. The facility was beautiful and spotless. The residents greeted me with beautiful smiles.

Disappointed

Holiday Gardens not as good as we thought. Mom is on 3rd floor elevator broken most of time. Too many fires to suit me. Kitchen fire few weeks back. Also no security at night. Whole building full of seniors left to fend for themselves. We are thinking of going somewhere else.
