I visited this facility

We went to Holiday Lincoln Tower. The tour was awesome. The woman who walked us through was just outstanding. All of the employees were very nice. The facility is big and open. It used to be a hotel. There was a pool in the center that was being renovated, but the rooms were very dark. And, it just wasn't very nice when we went in. When we went into the tower where the main rooms were, they were beautiful rooms. They were apartments. We saw an apartment that was just outstanding. It was beautiful. But the prob…

I visited this facility

I chose Holiday Lincoln Tower for myself because my only child lives in this town. It's beautiful. They take care of meals and everything I need. I had a sample of the meal, and it was great. They had a chef. The staff members are very friendly. They have a lot of activities. They take you anywhere you want to go on the bus. They have lots of activities planned. Last night when we were moving stuff, I don't know what they were doing, but there was an activity and I saw them all grouped. It was a group act…

Senior living without the luxuries.

Residents are getting agitated because we have no room service. Everyone is responsible for cleaning their own apartment. The pool is still empty! The trash room is almost always overflowing. The staff is very friendly and caring but they can only do so much. They really need a new book keeper at corporate. My rent statement is different each month. I really like it here. I feel safe. I just wish they would get a full staff so we could get some help with our apartments.

Exciting

After touring and meeting the employees and some of the people that live there. I think this is a fantastic choice for Seniors like myself. This community lives life to it's fullest and appears to have fun doing it. I am excited that I can be part of this community.

Good Place

The overall atmosphere is very peaceful. Very friendly and out going community. They are over the top friendly and i think this will be a great place to live. I plan on moving in soon. Historical and beautiful. Everyone is very caring and supper nice. The food, fun and people are amazing. The outings on their calendar are amazing.
