Holiday Maple Downs was clean. The facility itself was beautiful and very inviting. It felt more like a resort. It was lovely. I had a wonderful tour with the manager. I liked everything about it. The staff overall was really great. The ambiance was casual, but it was upscale. I was there during lunchtime, and I saw how people got to interact with each other, and that was impressive. Video tour was good. Improvements in property were appropriate. [name removed] was friendly. Nice facility. Price high for me, but all inclusive.

It is a lovely place, but I don’t believe it is for me. All meals are included but meal times are 8 AM, 12 noon, and 5 PM. The biggest meal of the day is at noon. These times would not work well for me. I’m not sure I want a place that provides all meals.

My sister stayed for about 3 months at the independent living community of Holiday Maple Downs in Fayetteville. It was just a temporary stay, but the experience was very good. The people were very friendly, and the staff were very available to help with any questions. It was just great, and she really enjoyed it there. I would give them 5 stars across the board. Unfortunately, we couldn’t keep him there because he needed more care than they were able to provide. He suffered a fall in the bathroom, hit his head, and has been on a breathing tube ever since. That said, it’s a wonderful and very affordable place for someone who is able to care for themselves. Our family's experience

My experience would be a 5. I know they suffered some staff shortages which did end up trickling down to the residents but the staff worked very hard to put the residents first. I would definitely recommend them. They were very kind to my mother and I'm very grateful for that.
