Holiday Niagara Village

[name removed] was great to show me around. I wanted to see a studio apartment and a one bedroom. Both were nice, but I really liked the studio the best because it is only me. [name removed] answered all my questions and even did a follow-up call the next day if I had any other questions.

This assisted living facility was very nice. The staff was friendly and residents seemed to be happy there. The only issue was the cost and how they were paid. They do not accept waiver.

This place is beautiful! I was very impressed with everything about it. My mom and step dad were very adamant about not even looking at an assisted-living place. My sisters and I finally talked them into going to see it and they are considering moving. That is a big deal! The rooms were spacious. The two bedroom/2 bathroom even had a bathtub. The facility is well maintained , quiet, secure and located near a shopping center , the Millcreek Mall . Also there is a Dollar General nearby perfect senior shopping. There are medical facilities nearby for healthcare. The food is abundant. My mom is very satisfied with the food and room. It is also independent senior living. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They spent a lot of time explaining everything about the complex. Everything was spotless and clean and was even invited to lunch. Sat with one of the residents during lunch and he explained his view of the of the complex, which was very positive.

Since I do not live in the area, I had an opportunity to do a FaceTime tour of the facility. The day prior to my call, I spoke with the representative and she was able to answer the questions that I had about the care of the residents, meals, activities for them, and what their day might look like. The Assisted Living Center looked very nice and appeared to be well-taken care of.
