the staff at Holiday Palmer Hills is fantastic! The facility is clean, the staff are always looking to help, there are TONS of activities. The food is even decent (no food other than my mom's is rated excellent) seriously, the food is a solid 3. I highly recommend Holiday Palmer Hills.

I visited Holiday Palmer Hills. One of the things I liked is that it's a smaller community, but they just didn't have all the services we were looking for. Everybody was very personable and answered all our questions. It was a very nice community, we met some of the residents, and everybody seemed content. Overall, I thought it was a very nice community and a pleasant facility. We didn't have the chance to try the food during our visit.

PositiveI was very impressed overall with the facility. The dining area is lovely, and there are many lifestyle opportunities. We were less impressed with the apartments, having toured another place that had a large apartment with full kitchen and it's own laundry. I spoke to several residents who all said they are very happy there.
