the staff at Holiday Palmer Hills is fantastic! The facility is clean, the staff are always looking to help, there are TONS of activities. The food is even decent (no food other than my mom's is rated excellent) seriously, the food is a solid 3. I highly recommend Holiday Palmer Hills.

PositiveI was very impressed overall with the facility. The dining area is lovely, and there are many lifestyle opportunities. We were less impressed with the apartments, having toured another place that had a large apartment with full kitchen and it's own laundry. I spoke to several residents who all said they are very happy there.

Right now, I would say 5 for all categories. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The facility is clean and the residents appear friendly, the food is good and yes, I would recommend for independent living.
