★★★★★
PositiveWe loved it. Signed lease same day. Staff was great. Residents to a person were very happy to be living there. We are going to love it also. We now face the hard part. We have lived at home for more than 50 years. It will be a challenge getting ready to move.
★★★★★
Critical. We have a friend who's Dad moved in around the time my MIL moved out, and he will be leaving as well. Subpar to say the least. Unfriendly residents, unhelpful staff. They lied to us about having a physical therapy room for my MIL to have her therapy. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
★★★★★
CriticalWe are starting to look elsewhere. They have raised our rent 9.5 %. We had no idea that this is not a true retirement home. There are numerous residents who need memory care therefore the activities are usually more directed towards them. The best we could say about the food is it is unpredictable. The management is very kind but are under the thumb of Atria, the corporation that owns Pinegate. We have a large 2 bedroom apartment and we love it, except for the lack of a kitchen. Our first concern when looking for …

PositiveI live in Denver, Colorado, and have not actually ever been to Pinegate. My experience is through phone calls with the staff and conversations with relatives who have visited there. I have found staff to be professional, friendly and welcoming. Relatives who have visited my sister-in-law, who is living at Pinegate, report that the staff is very responsive. They describe a very attractive apartment and overall a very clean and nice facility with many fun activities for the residents. The cost for my sister-in-law to…
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff overall is super friendly and helpful. The activities vary so you can find something to be involved in. The place is clean and the residents themselves are nice. There are different sizes, some have a balcony and there are a few 2 bedrooms. There is not a full kitchenette. It is set up more like a wet bar. Sink and medium size fridge. There are restrictions on what appliances you can have. Have a laundry on every floor available.
★★★★★
PositiveThis was an awesome tour, great tour-guide, and a comfortable and welcoming environment. If my mother-in-law could be in an independent or assisted living environment, this would be the place for her. However she needs 24/7 care (assistance with medications, bathing, cooking etc.).
