Nice place to live

The staff have been very helpful and supportive in the process of getting us installed in our new apartment. The apartment is roomy and comfortable, everything was very clean when we moved in. The meals are good and there is an option if you don't want the main dish. Additionally, there are several different activities listed daily for the residents to participate in. There is in-house connection for tv and internet.

My sister actually visited the facility and sent pictures, asked questions and loved the place. We are looking for a 2 bedroom for independent living and would like to be place on the waiting list. My parent currently lives here still and mostly enjoys being here. Staff is helpful and place is very clean. I would recommend the community to others who are currently searching for one. The team has worked hands on and personally to ensure my parent has a safe and secure environment for their needs. They are always available and willing to help. We appreciate the entire team at Holiday Valencia Commons.

Positive experience

Administration has been very kind and receptive to her needs and requests, care for her medication needs has also been provided in a timely manner. She has enjoyed the food and occasional bingo games with prizes there as well.

Despite explaining the financial position of my mom to the agent at a certain location, the amount the location had available was substantially different than what the location said was the fee. Apparently, a place for mom does not have low cost options for seniors on a very limited income (ie social security ).

My uncle became a resident of Valencia Commons approximately six years ago. I consistently observe the community to be exceptionally clean during my visits. I have shared numerous meals with him, and the menu consistently offers a wide variety of excellent selections. For all major holidays, the community extends an invitation to residents' families to participate in a complimentary special holiday luncheon. I particularly appreciate that all amenities, excluding caregiver services, are encompassed within the month…
