Home Care of West Hills, LLC #2 was close to where I live and that is good. What I liked about it was that it had just about everything that my wife would need. They're very friendly and they seem to know enough about taking care of old people. They were very nice and informative. They have a little porch in the backyard where they can go out and eat. My loved one is there and I think that they are doing an excellent job. The take care of his needs and they are very attentive and friendly and nice and the are cooperative. I have no complaints about the place.

The experience with West Hills home care has been good so far. The staff is really nice and helpful. They provide good care. I am pleased with the services they offer.

Above Average

My mom is there and she's doing pretty good. I wish that I could have my mom at home but right now that's not possible. She seems to be okay there. It's very clean. The staff is very very kind especially Herbert and Leia. I think that what they're charging is probably the going rate and the caregivers are very nice. They seem to make a good effort. I would probably say they are very good to above average.
