HOME FOR MOM & DAD, A

I would not recommend it

We had to move my mother in-law very quickly, and we appreciate them for taking her in on such short notice. She had a private room which was nice so she did not have to share with a roommate. We did have some issues with [name removed] the owner. Once we took her out, she would hardly talk to us and they put her belongings out on the porch. They also owe us some money for the last couple of days and we have not received it. Everything was fine in the beginning, but I was upset with how she treated us at the end.

I visited this facility

A Home for Mom & Dad was very well-kept. I spoke with a lady there and she was very nice. They were very well-organized and very well taken care of. The residents were sitting around in the living room and talking while I was there on a Sunday afternoon. The only reason I didn't choose this place was because of the distance from my house, otherwise I would have chosen this place. I was very impressed with them.

A Nice Experience for the most part

It was a nice experience for us here at this care home. My mother did end up moving out, but they took good care of her and her needs while she was there. The home is very well maintained. The staff was kind and helpful.

Great place the visit was very welcome and they answer all my questions. I will recommend this facility or home to anyone in need.

This home was not a good fit for my mom's specific needs. The room that was available was lovely and quite spacious. It appears the home is trying to make some outdoor improvements to allow some additional community space (covered deck area).

AMazing , Amazing absolutely!

My sisters and I have experienced placing our mom at A home for mom and Dad in doraville. Ms. Monica is absolutely a wonderful, kind and care giving person. She really works with you in terms of the budget and is very AFFORDABLE .Her home gave the best care to my mother , her staff is very sweet and caring They are very sincere and do a great job for the elderly. There home is very accessible which includes a long deck where the elderly can get exercise. Food is excellent and home is very clean and cozy ...... i ha…
