I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

In memory care, not enough staff, my mothers room is not cleaned, air conditioning not working, staff just put all people in memory care in one big room so they just sit there all day so the staff doesn’t have to go from room to room! I am not happy with this place right now!!!

My aunt stayed at HomeLife on Glynco for nearly two years, and we have nothing but good things to say about Mr. Herrington and his staff. She had severe dementia and was in the memory care unit at the facility until she passed away this year. Her physical health declined sharply while she was under their care, and the staff did their best to make increasingly significant accommodations for her, working with doctors and hospice staff to ensure she stayed as comfortable as possible. My aunt stayed at the memory care unit at HomeLife on Glynco for nearly two years. The facility was lovely, safe, and very clean. I went to tour HomeLife on Glynco. They had their residents in their units because they were being overprotective because of COVID and the Delta variant. So I didn't get to see anybody interact, or get to see what they were doing. I saw the facility and the facility was fine, and the units were nice and roomy. HomeLife on Glynco is a reasonable place to live, and I've got a nice sized room, bed, and a bathroom. It's very nice and very clean, but the food service leaves a lot to be desired. One cook is good and one cook is not good. The staff is very good, they're eager to please. One came into my room just a minute ago and I called her an angel; she's so sweet. HomeLife on Glynco was a very nice place. I was very impressed. The rooms were adequate and very nice. We saw several of the residents in different functions. They had a library, a media room, and a dining hall. It's very well laid out.
