The Homestead is an Assisted Retirement Living Facility. They have individual apartments and have games, people to take you places and one payment per month to worry about. For example, you decide to live in an apartment that costs $1000.00 per month. That is all you pay per month, no worries about how much electricity, water, natural gas, etc. you used that month.
