CriticalIn case of choking, none of the staff (except for the administrator and medical person) can do CPR. One of the aides is very rude to me. There are 2 clients who are mentally deficient, hearing deficient, loud when talking and enters others rooms without permission. Staff enters clients' rooms daily when rooms are locked... I would not recommend Homestead of Osceola.

Criticalif it doesn't bother you that your loved one stays in the same clothes for days at a time, is allowed to sleep all day and night, isn't bathed for at least the same amount if time spent in the same clothes, fed food burnt beyond recognition, all the while surrounded by the rudest collection of people possible to assemble under one roof, this place is for you!!!!! the difference between the memory side and the assisted living side is a locked door, which is complimentary. missing trim, cobwebs, chipped paint is also…
