New caregivers with no experience, no RN on staff, horrible food , when hospice started coming in, caregiver is so lazy they never did anything. They expected HOSPICE to do everything. Horrible environment.

Mom moved to Honeysuckle Senior Living. The director there, Ryan, is unbelievable. He is awesome. He is super caring, and they are super accommodating. They listened to my mom and all of her questions because she had many of them. The overall care that they were providing them in that place was awesome. Mom's room is fantastic. My favorite is Honeysuckle Senior Living. It had a very nice, relaxed, homey vibe. Ryan gave me the tour. He was very personable, super positive, showed us around, and answered all my questions. The staff was really friendly. I could see them engaging with the residents. The residents seemed comfortable and relaxed as well. I like their payment structure. Honeysuckle Senior Living was pleasant. It's nice and clean. The staff was friendly and seemed great. I never got to go and visit the rooms. I got to go into the areas of the kitchen, the family rooms, and the living centers, and it seemed very nice. The dining area was clean.
