This Community Is Friendly.

This community is a friendly place. Residents get to know each other and make friends within the community in the common areas. The community has a cat for the residents and the cat has a bed over by the nurses aides offices with chairs for residents to be able to interact with the cat. The residents do have a set menu but also have the option for alternatives for the residents to choose from, residents receive 3 meals a day, light snacks in the afternoon and a light snack at night.

A Place for Mom

This is a wonderful place! They have friendly people with excellent care and there isn't much that needs improving. The community could improve on the food variety and the ability to assist with dietary restrictions more.

Horrible, no compassion

Please don’t send any loved ones to Horizons assisted living facility in Cananadaigua! They will promise you the world only to kick your loved one out after 5 months. They did a full evaluation of my dad prior to accepting him, and had a report from a rehab center. Also I was very transparent with them about all his issues. They said no problem, we can work with him. This past Sunday after my dad fell and was sent to the hospital, the director had a nurse call me and say they refuse under no circumstances to let h…

The staff is adequate and friendly. If you have any concerns take them to the staff, they respond well and are open to feedback. I would recommend this community to others..

Family friendly Community!

My grandmother lives here and she absolutely loves the Community. She has made so many friends and the staff feels like family to her (& to us). I am very happy with our choice to have her in a safe place where she is taken care of.

Clean, nicely appointed, friendly cheerful staff and residents seemed happy and engaged with staff/one another. [Removed] was super helpful.
