My father moved to Horton Plaza in July 2025 at the age of 99. His memory is poor, uses a walker and needs medication administration. The residents are very friendly and supportive of one another, exemplifying this assisted living facility is well managed. The skilled Personal Care (PC) staff is knowledgeable, efficient, caring, kind and respectful, a dynamic team. Both staff and residents welcomed my dad, making the transition easy. My father moved here in[date removed] at the age of 99 years old. The skilled Personal Care staff is caring, friendly, efficient, a dynamic team. The residents are very friendly and supportive reflecting how well Horton Plaza is managed. Staff and residents welcomed my father into his new home, which made my dad feel important and made the transition easy. Our Mom lived at Horton Plaza for many years before having a stroke and moving to a foster home. Let me tell you this, there is not a place that could love her more. Erin the leader showed my Mom so much love and humor. I came in one day while she was giving Mom a shower and they were singing songs together. The staff are equally genuine. Joking, loving, and all about making her feel like the most special person in the world. I recommend Horton's to anyone looking to place a family member.

My Mom recently passed away on hospice care. She lived at Horton Plaza for over 10 years. My wife and I are having our own private struggle when we got the call that mom needed hospice care. My Mom has been living at HortonPlaza for about five months. I couldn't be happier with the care she is receiving there. The help in the Personal Care section is responsive and so kind to my Mom which is very important to me. Erin, Juliette, Monica and all the staff there, truly care about the residents. What I liked best about Horton Plaza was just the amenities and meeting my mom's needs for her pets. They have a secured area that she can get out on her scooter and ride or even take her dog for a walk on the property and still be secured. I liked that some of the rooms actually have a little cooktop. They had an oven also available in a room on the second floor.
