I had lunch with my mom today in the dining room and the cod is amazing, and the staff is helpful and friendly! They know what she likes (hot tea), what she doesn’t like (nuts and seeds) and make sure she’s served according. They seem to know everyone by name (which is why I couldn’t work there…).

My mom moved in August of this year. The entire staff has been so welcoming and caring for her needs. I am so appreciative of each caretaker that has helped my mom. The updates to the building has been great and much appreciated!

My mom moved in May and has been so happy with her decision to move in. The activities keep her busy and give her time to socialize with others. She enjoys playing cards with others in the evenings. And the meals are amazing. She is really enjoying not having to cook anymore.

Everyone has been so helpful courteous and kind. I’m enjoying living here at Independence Village being close to my son and grandchildren. It was hard moving from a 4 bedroom house in SC to a 1 bedroom apt but having family close by makes it all worthwhile.

We are very happy with our choice. They staff is excellent. They are very attentive and responsive to any needs or requests. There are many activities to get involved in and extra celebrations by the staff. I haven't heard any negative comments from residents. Her apartment is plenty big for her and newly refreshed and all of the floors are being redone with new carpeting and paint. Very nice.
