CriticalThis facility has no Dr on staff. Dr Pooja Kumar has not been to this facility in at least 60 days. Staff lacks ability to resolve any issues. Food is from a can and warmed up. Staff is slow to clean patients, and physical therapy is nonexistent. Avoid this place- thank me later.

PositiveI visited this facility
I found the staff at Hillcrest to be very attentive with the people there. They kept them clean, out of bed, and when you go in there, you don't smell any urine smell in patients that were unattended. Overall, it was okay. Like most facilities, I would say that they basically need to improve on the training of their staff, CNA's or the caregivers, and be more attentive to the elderly
