I visited this facility

I like Open Arms Retirement. JJ and the staff there really cared about the folks there. They had it really good. They showed us around, answered all our questions, and helped us out a lot. They even called and checked on us for a little bit. The facilities were awesome. We didn't sample their food, but the kitchen area was really nice and clean. We liked everything that we saw there.

I toured Open Arms Retirement. It's an old building, but it was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was extremely friendly. They were very helpful. They stopped what they were doing and gave me a tour of everything. I did get to see the dining room and stuff like that. They had a place where they could do puzzles. They had a schedule if they were able to do it to keep them active.

I did visit by myself and felt it was too large a facility for him. I was not impressed with the other one. Everyone on the hall shared the same bathroom and it was an older facility.

Our family had an in-person tour with Integrity Open Arms and the community just seemed dark and dingy and was just not going to be the place for our loved one.

I went to Open Arms Retirement Center. The tour was very excellent. It was outstanding. Going through the building, everything was very clean. It smelled good. The rooms were very roomy. It had an atmosphere of being home. The staff are very attentive and very knowledgeable. I got to see them eating, and they seemed to be enjoying it. The grounds were very well kept, and the building was very clean. They said they have bingo and some exercise stuff in the dayroom. They let them exercise walking them around.

I'm in Open Arms Retirement Center right now. The place is great. The staff is very helpful and very attentive to me. I'm only here because I just had a stroke last year. The place is fantastic. They have an awesome staff here. They're very attentive to the residents' needs. The living quarters are kept clean at all times. I have no complaints about the place. It's just that I am not fit for this type of place. I need to be on my own. I've taken my PT and OT since I've been here. …
