I recently visited a dear friend who moved here last May. She invited me to a Hawaiian-themed party organized by the company. I was truly touched by the warm atmosphere they’ve created for assisted living and memory care residents. The food was delicious, the lively music uplifting, and the dedicated programs director and staff went above and beyond to ensure everyone was enjoying their time. The choosing process was a "hard" sell, according to mom. I'm glad she decided to move. The intake and orientation process was almost non existent for independent living. The food is largely wheat based, and the menu is limited. The employees are friendly on the surface, but generally unavailable for help. They turn off the heat in the common areas around 7 pm, so mom doesn't want to stay down there and watch movies, which she would enjoy. It is hard to find parking to visit unless you want to call in to the front …
