Nice facility with a great staff!!

Very happy with the situation. The Evergreen staff are professional and personable. They take very good care of my mother-in-law in a very pleasant environment. The activities that are available really help to stimulate and entertain the residents. The meals and snacks are healthy and inviting.

Top notch facility! The lobby reminds me of a mountain lodge. Extremely clean, staff friendly and knowledgeable. Best cookies I’ve ever had (given to us as a thank you after the tour). We ultimately didn’t choose the facility because my Dad would need help with his dog and that wasn’t a service they could provide. However, everything else was outstanding.

The facilities are very nice. Bright and welcoming. Super clean and pleasant smells. The staff are very friendly and the people we spoke with seemed very knowledgeable.

We absolutely love this place and it exceeded our expectation. A a facility with amenities and services that preserves dignity for our aging community.

Ivy Park at San Lauren is a single-level facility. There is no elevator. It's not multiple floors. It was quiet. We were really happy about that. I think it would be more suitable for my brother in a quiet place. The dining choices were good. If I could get him up here, I think that he would be willing to give it a try. He would also be close to us, so that part was nice. If he were allowed to use his bicycle and traverse some of the streets, it is in a residential area where it would be easier for him to get …

What we like the most about the community is the communication, level of care, and cleanliness. We would absolutely recommend Ivy Park to other families, I have seen positive changes in my dad's overall demeanor since moving him to Ivy Park. He seems happier.
