Thankful I moved here

I ended up taking a 1-bedroom apartment on the second floor. Originally, I wanted one with a view of the pond and pier. If there is one thing I am disappointed in, it is that the view of the pond is very limited. I have an apartment with a view of the parking lot, which is not what I originally wanted, but I have chosen not to move again if an apartment opens up in the back with a better view. Everyone is so helpful, and happy your there. [name removed]from the office is so helpful. People are so friendly the groundskeeper and the cleaning lady are both wonderful and so helpful. I would recommend to others. and I have already to some people that I know.

Ivy Terrace Review

Maintenance issues are addressed fairly quickly. Meal options are expensive and limited to one meal a day. While we don’t participate in the meal options, I’m told the current cook does a very good job. The apartment was brand new when we moved in. I love having washer and dryer in the apartment. Very spacious bathroom with good handicap accessories. Full kitchen! I enjoy visiting with other residents. Nice balcony. Quiet place. No medical onsite. Good storage available. Good cable.
