The leadership staff is great. Day to day staff is adequate but doesn't necessarily go above and beyond. It's clean. Residents are not engaged. Room size adequate.

Mom has been at Jonesboro ALC for a year now and still loves it there. She was living with my family, but got where she needed someone around 24 hours a day. Her "apartment" as she calls it provides the perfect balance of independence, yet staff is always at hand.

I like that there is a good mix of different types of people as clients. Every time I visit mom, the residents seem happy and content. At some other places I've seen people sitting slumped over and sleeping and not involved with what is happening around them.
