Most of the staff were extremely caring and helpful. His room was very nice and a good size. The only concern there was end tables with sharp corners. It was kept pretty clean, although the bathroom could have used more frequent cleaning. The food was great, but he could have used more. It could be that he just didn't ask for more. Staff were also kind and caring and supportive to me as well.

PositiveDiane Hill, the director, answered all our questions and did a thorough price breakdown. Even lunch with our mom was offered. The place is a beautiful historic restored building. The only thing lacking for our mom was a safe area to smoke outside. The rooms and the Alexa system in them is great.

I was really impressed with Juniper Village at Meadville. I liked the atmosphere. Everyone was friendly. I liked that there were a lot of common areas and no one felt like they had to stay in the room and stare at the walls. Everyone was using the common areas, and there were activities planned.
