PositiveNo Worry Care for Mom (Engaging & Friendly Staff & Residents )
Overall, the staff is very friendly and easy to work with. The residents are also really friendly and made the transition for my mom much easier. My mom has been there a whole month and only called me once! It's because she is busy and happy. I want to add that I was impressed with the menu selections as well. In the assisted living side residents are served restaurant style with choices. Though it takes a bit of time for the food to arrive it is well worth it knowing that it was made after the order was taken.

The staff has been very good with [name removed] and the whole memory facility is always clean and has no noticeable odors. His room is spacious and bright. I feel they don't have enough help but have heard that is true of all other facilities. The food is VERY bland and I have tried it. The rating would be a 4 because of the food.

The caring staff is wonderful. The admin department was going through changes and some restructuring was going on as we left. We left because costs jumped up suddenly by a couple thousand dollars per month due to a change in definition of services needed for my dad, who was at the highest care level, and because the facility does not accept Medicaid.
