I visited this facility

We were at Kauhale Heritage Woods visiting, and we only saw their assisted living and didn't see their memory care. But it was very nice. It was also well maintained. They were about to undergo a whole bunch of renovations to make it look a little more up to date. It was very nice, but by that point in time, we started realizing that the limitations of what our sister-in-law's scores and the regulations for the state of Alabama were getting to the point where she didn't qualify for assisted living. Comments- very challenging front desk experience. Not friendly. Key staff are non responsive generally when any inquiries made. Generally, most care givers were pleasant. The experience for memory care follows the same mundane schedule each day. For memory care assisted living, my mother had very little direct oversight. She had fallen probably a half dozen to a dozen times. The last got her expelled. Not a pleasant journey. My mid grades are because I estimate they provide a median care service. Our experience so…
