Kent Place

The care team at Kent Place was wonderful with my mom. They're attentive, kind, and treat her like family, not just another resident. I have real peace of mind knowing she's well cared for. Highly recommend.

The community has a warm, home-like feel, single story, easy to navigate, and everything was clean and well kept. The staff were welcoming and answered every question we had, then followed up with us afterward, which we appreciated. Would recommend touring it if you're looking at options for a parent.

My overall experience has been average. The rooms are generally kept clean, and my mom's room has been maintained well, but the carpets throughout the facility have many stains and could use attention. One of the biggest concerns is the lack of activities. My mom really needs more opportunities to stay engaged, but there are very few activities available. The room is very satisfactory, works okay with wheelchair. The staff is great but no activity director. Director recently left so there is not enough to do during the day. Food is quite good.

We went to Trustwell Living at Kent Place. We liked that it was a smaller place and that it included everything that was needed. Everyone was very friendly and it was very clean. The staff was very informative and was able to answer all of our questions. Some of the amenities at Trustwell include transportation, a beauty salon, a craft room, laundry and housekeeping, and three meals.
