PositiveWonderful place with very kind staff. My mom lived there until she passed this year. The waiting list can be long, but it is worth the wait. The food is good, the residents are nice and the staff goes above and beyond to be helpful.

PositiveWe needed a place for my loved one to stay short term, and we chose Keystone Bluffs. Overall, I feel our experience was a good one. There were some things that were supposed to happen but never did such as changing of bed linens, laundry, and bathing two times a week. The community itself was kind of a large, sprawling place, and my loved one was afraid she would get lost. We asked for escorts to activities, but that did not always happen. PositiveWe moved my mother into this facility after a bad experience at another Duluth assisted living. She was not capable of living on her own so we needed to find an acceptable home. Keystone Bluffs has been wonderful. The people treat her well and she loves the food. Her apartment is large and well maintained.

PositiveI had the chance to visit Keystone Bluff’s assisted living area, and it was the nicest. We are now on their waiting list. My mother wanted an apartment facing the courtyard so it’s sunny with flowers. I like their rooms, and the surroundings were nice. All of their rooms are on one floor, and she did not want to have to take an elevator. We really like the staff, because they seemed to be very accommodating.
