PositiveThe staff is outstanding
The staff is universally friendly and positive. They all try to be very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Keystone Villa because it’s a great place. The facility is always clean. All of my needs are met quickly. There is always someone observing and checking to make sure I am ok and they will spot things that get addressed as far as my health goes. Everything is taken care of for me and I am satisfied with everything.

PositiveExcellent facility
The Keystone Villa facility has been excellent. It is one of the cleanest Sr. Living places I've visited. Staff are attentive, and there are many activities where the staff engages the residents. My dad's private studio is quite large. I haven't been there when my dad was eating but he seems to be adjusting to everything quite well. So far, my mother is very pleased with the treatment of my dad at Keystone, and I'm so glad that I was able to get some assistance from "A Place For Mom" in finding it.

It has been a very pleasant experience. All the staff and residents are so friendly and pleasant. I enjoy the programs that are provided. I also enjoy the weekly outings, such as different museums, restaurants, and shopping trips. I always enjoy them. The Fox Stronger Living program has been very helpful to get my strength back and made me much stronger. It is a great exercise program. All the different activities are fun and enjoyable. Housekeeping keeps my place clean and tidy and supplies me with plenty of towel…

All the staff are very kind, sociable, caring and friendly. I love all the staff, they look out for me. The caregivers do a tremendous job with help and care. They truly care about me. The food is excellent, and the servers are fantastic. The housekeepers do a great job keeping the place clean.
