I visited this facility

Do not rent here. Horrible place!!! 2 tenants have been attacked in the past 3 weeks in the building. Rats and roaches. Flooded basement has mold growing. Elevator buttons broken. Internet service sucks. Front desk people rude and unwilling to do anything!

Making improvements

They are doing updates but still needs repairs to plumbing and flooring. Can seem to get rid of roaches in the building. Elevators are pretty bad condition. New management company took charge over year ago. No assistance with new management company and no longer provides meals.

Whatever minor matters were compensated by the quality of service/ support

The could provide a freight elevator. Increase the strength of the WiFi signal. Provide covered parking. Upgrade the two main entrances. Improve the setup of the free phone service. Sell carts and carriers for large grocery or supplies transported from the first floor to higher floors. Also sell small storage units located in the basement.

. The location is in close proximity to many restaurants, theaters, museums, the zoo, and downtown venues. It is a nice area of town to live in. I would certainly recommend Kings Reserve to others.
