PositiveI thought it was going to smell and have cement block walls like the one where I'm from. nope, so nice, clean and caring staff. Mom loves the wine at happy hour and bingo. I am happy she is happy. thats all that matters.
★★★★★
PositiveMy Grandmother is happy and healthy and enjoying life at Kinship Pointe McCook. I understand it had other names before, Brookdate, but the staff have been wonderful and she eats so well! she loves the activities, she isnt into BINGO, as she cant see that well, but they have so much else to offer. Quilting seems to be a big love as she just visits nowadays with the others. we checked other places and glad we chose Kinship Pointe McCook. I would encourage others to do so as well.

PositiveThe community is amazing for my dad the caregivers are attentive and caring. It is clean inside and the grounds are well maintained. He's eating good 3x a day. The activities there he enjoys the music and going to church services. He has a lot of social things which is a change for him. I would recommend this community to anyone looking.

Yet Brookdale allowed her to be the one monitoring special care. In addition, there are employees who have no CNA certification or training and are still taking care of our most valued citizens who need a higher level of care. Our family member was lovingly cared f…
