I know they were very helpful when my sister was trying to get Medicaid assistance, and Medicaid ended up paying the cost for everything my mom's income doesn't cover. My mom got her COVID booster earlier this year so when there was an outbreak a few weeks later, she had no symptoms even though she tested positive. My sister said the medical staff is excellent and very patient, which is good because my mom loves to complain even when there's nothing to complain about. I just don't feel that prompt communication is made when necessary regarding concerns that the facility is aware of with my loved one. We picked this community, because it is all inclusive and encourages participation in all aspects. It's a clean community, although at times short staffed but that is common everywhere you go and try and get a long term contract at a set price. We did not know that Pacifica was being bought out by NorthStar properties .

PositiveWe had a great tour experience with Pacifica Senior Living Klamath Falls, they were our second choice. The reason we chose the other facility over this one was just because of the fact that Pacifica is 2 stories. They have around 60 residents there so it is smaller. We were overall very impressed with everything.
