Great facility, great people but the floors could use a good carpet steam cleaning. We're very happy with the care and respect they treat my father with. Very friendly caregivers in their memory care unit. Food is great too!

The staff at Knoxville Landing was extremely friendly. It was a very clean facility inside and out, and it had beautiful gardens on the outside. It didn't smell bad. The residents there seemed very happy. The rooms were clean and nice, but they were just really small. That was the only negative about that whole place. That would have been my number one choice if it was just either my mom or dad moving in, but the two of them. They're more designed for one person rather than two. We had lunch there. Like a…
