Very pleased with this facility. After hearing all the disaster reviews of other facilities it was a blessing to find Lake Howard Hts. The staff are ALL friendly and attentive. It is clean, fresh smelling and quiet. The majority of staff are long term employees (which says something in itself) and extremely caring. I visit my wife often and at odd hours and still have found no issues with her care. The food is very fresh and good and the menue is nicely varied. I love the community. I’m looking for my aunt and you can see how much the staff cares for their residents and that they treat the community like family. i saw residents participating and socializing and the place was full of laughs and smiles. everything was clean and smelt great. she really liked the community.

The lady we met with spent a lot of time listening to us, asking questions, and giving her opinions. She was friendly, knowledgeable, caring, intuitive to our situation, helpful and encouraging. The tour of the facility showed us some staff that were all happy to be there, including the construction crew we rode in the elevator with. Surprisingly she didn't try to upsell us with a higher amount of a room that wasn't best for our needs. She seemed very honest and thorough.
