LAND OF ENCHANTMENT BOARD AND CARE

I moved my loved one out of the facility @ 78 W. Gainsborough house, due to the owner/staff not following doctors orders & a problem with staff members. If you place a loved one at Land of Enchantment, visit at all times of the day & spend as much time as you are able to, be observant.

We appreciate the administrator and staff for the fantastic care they provide. Their attentiveness and the nurture they provide for our loved one is priceless. Please ignore the negative review from person R (and RN, who is the same person). She behaved in such a way that was not acceptable. It is unfortunate that she had to behave that way with our loved one, and that it caused her unnecessary stress. My mother has been here for about 4 years. The staff are so good to her! They treat her with respect and humor. EVERYONE has been so good to my mom. Roxanna listened to me and assisted me with trying to get home medical visits. I am so grateful for the care they have given Mom.

Previously I rated this establishment at 5 stars, over the last 4 months I've decreased the rating. Be cautious when considering this Board & Care.

Not sure where the photo of the front of the house came from, but this is not the right picture. The outside of the house is much nicer than this. Anyway, I wanted to post a review for Land of Enchantment because they took such amazing care of my father. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants nothing but the best for their loved one. They are attentive, kind and compassionate. They went above and beyond for my dad and I will forever be grateful to them for that.

So RW, if you lowered your rating from 5 stars to 3, why would you still have a loved one at that location? Wouldn't you want nothing but the best (5 stars) for your loved one. Is this really a legitimate review, or do you just have some petty personal issue that you just can't seem to get over! I always have a wonderful experience each time I visit both locations, all other residents and family members seem very happy and satisfied.
