Review for Laurel Heights

There are never enough caregivers, the food should be balanced with salad, meat and starch - not serve potatoes and rice on same plate. The apartment size is ok and the cleanliness is good.

OH, what a relief!!

Mom LOVES Laurel Heights, although it was a fight to get her to go initially. I'm so grateful for their care for her after having her live with us for over 5 years. They truly care for their residents!

I visited this facility

I toured Laurel Heights. It was very modern, clean, and very nice, but it's just too far. The size of the rooms was medium and could have been larger. I like the balcony in the independent living apartment. The kitchen was a full kitchen. They had a washer and dryer. The living room and the bedroom were medium-sized, but it's OK. It was like an apartment. They had a library, a dining room, and an exercise room. The coordinator who gave us the tour was very informative. They had a theater, too.

Best around town - especially for Memory Care!

I am a local referral agent and I have placed several clients at Laurel Heights in their Memory Care community . The staff is friendly, and very responsive to resident needs. The memory care activities director is one of the best I have witnessed. She is always engaged with the residents and keeps them very active and involved. Having seen numerous local communities Laurel Heights is one of the very best! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Community - great people!

Moved my mom's sister in there about 2 years ago. She loves the socialization and they have great food! It is a great location and has wonderful and friendly staff. i would highly recommend this community.

Laurel Heights Senior Living in Moorpark is truly a gem! The staff go above and beyond to ensure that residents feel at home and cared for. They are not only professional but also genuinely compassionate, making a real effort to engage with the residents and cater to their needs.
