I've already found a home for my wife. She is already established at Laurel Lakes. They've been very fantastic. It was actually the only one that was available in this area, and they're taking very good care of her. I'm quite satisfied with the facility. When we put her in there, my wife was very aggressive, but they were very kind to her. They also got the medication straightened out. This place is horrible. It is filthy, and management will not return your calls. They have the Health Department inspecting on complaints all the time. Find their state reports on Department of Health website.

So far, so good. The staff is really friendly, and during admissions, they were wonderful. We have had no bad experiences so far. Everyone has been wonderful. They have done very well with communicating.

They call me all the time. The therapy is helping my loved one. She likes her food, but it is cold sometimes. They brought her the wrong meal. They are understaffed.

I think it is safe and they have good care there. This is our third admission there. I feel like the nurses are doing a good job. It is very clean. My loved one can get whatever food he wants.

They check my loved one appropriately and he is fed with the correct diet. They do rehab therapy with him and they have a nice gym. I have not noticed any clutter. He says the food is good. They called a little while ago with an update, and this is good. They keep tabs on his condition. Everyone seems to be doing a good job.
