PositiveLegacy at Clover Blossom was clean. The attendant tour guide was polite. Residents appeared happy and content. Security concerns were addressed promptly. There were many activities posted. Arrangements planned for should someone not be able to get to the store. Wash facilities on every floor. Price includes food and most everything. I’m not ready for that yet but preparing. Look forward to finding the joy of God’s blessings in the last years.

I WOULD GIVE ALL OF THOSE CATEGORIES A NUMBER 5… THERE IS ONE CATEGORY THAT IS LACKING… WE HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A POOL FOR OVER TWO MONTHS AND THE ADMINISTRATION IS TELLING US. IT WILL BE TWO MORE MONTHS BEFORE IT'S BACK IN USE… THE CURRENT RESIDENTS THINK THAT IS NUMBER ONE UNFORTUNATE IN NUMBER TWO IS AT THE RIGHT ANSWER. IT SHOULD BE FIXED ASAP. SPECIALLY SINCE THEY'VE KNOWN FOR SEVERAL MONTHS OF THE PROBLEM. YES I WOULD RECOMMEND LEGACY TO OTHERS

PositivePlace was great! Lots of activities and services at resident finger tips. Grounds are gorgeous. Apartments are well appointed. The selling point for us was you can customize your space and make it your own!
