The medical care (timely prescription fulfillment, medicine dispensing, assisting with residents that have certain needs) seems to need more attention. My friend has been given medications prior to eating, incorrect dispensing, and the lack of compassion by one nurse in particular. It seems management is reluctant to intervene when issues are readily apparent. At the very least, management should make an effort to address residents concerns and keep them or their families apprised of efforts to resolve. If staffing…

Facility is very clean. Not only by appearance but by smell. The cleaning staff takes pride in their work. Staff is knowledgeable and eager to help. No hidden fees and upfront with all cost. The facility offers several additional services and makes everything as easy and comfortable as possible for the family

I toured Legacy at Savannah Quarters. I was impressed that everybody was just very nice, the place was clean, a lot of amenities, and the staff and all were very helpful. The rooms were adequate. It was kept up. The young lady who gave the tour was very helpful and very knowledgeable.
