Only can speak to the assisted living part. Rooms are nice size but many smell like pee, cleaning service once a week. Care staff have huge turnovers and are lazy...leave residents in pee pull ups and pants for hours, don't answer buzzers for help, weak at washing clothes and bedding, don't do check in's like they're supposed to, bathing is an issue, lack of following care plans!!!!!!! 3 separate areas within one facility...unassisted/retirement, assisted, and memory care. There is a calendar of events for each area for those residents that want to participate. We cannot comment on the value for cost because It's our first month so hard to tell yet. However, what we like the most about the community so far is that overall it is a very nice place but they seem under staffed.
