PositiveWas skeptical at first but have adjusted well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is always things to do to socialize. Food is nourishing and well balanced. Rooms rates are rather out of my price range!

CriticalI live in Georgia, my mother is in Pacifica in Tallahassee. I wanted to move her closer to me. I found out the business lady from Pacifica is there running the business! We were leaving Pacifica because of her! She is rude and very condescending to the residents, families and messed up the billing every month. Because of that, we will not consider Legacy due to her being there. She couldn’t handle billing, how is she going to handle a whole senior living facility? She is so fake in our opinion. PositiveThe facility is very clean, it did not smell like pee like some other places we visited. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. PositiveLegacy Village at Plantation Manor has become home for a close friend of mine. When visiting him the staff are helpful, kind and they go out of their way not only for their residents but for guests as well. I wouldn’t chose another place for my family or friend's!

Desserts mostly uncooked, raw pastry with about a teaspoon of filler; …

CriticalI would tell others to be careful of the staff members here. They are not communicative and do not talk to you like they should. The administration is terrible, 2 weeks after my dad passed away they filed a lawsuit against me for payment even though I had not even gotten a bill. I would not recommend to anybody.
