PositiveAt the last minute we requested to meet with the staff before our 1:00 appt and they accommodated. We did not initially meet with the marketer but a staff member from memory care and she was wonderful! The marketer joined us as soon as she could. Everyone was welcoming and kind. Love the number of activities for the residents at MC! Unfortunately, as soon as we walked into MC there was a smell and also some of the residents seemed "unkept" and some even were wearing clothes that did not look clean. I think these tw…

CriticalDisappointed in Quality of Care
Toured facility and placed parents there. The level of care is not what we expected from what we were told. Nursing is minimal. Were told staff would give meds, help shower, and other ADLs. Then, after pressing the issue, were told they were limited in what they could do. Several times my wheelchair bound dad was given a sack lunch meal instead of being taken to the dining room. PositiveStaff was helpful and compassionate
I would give a 5 on all of them. My MIL was only there a month when she passed. They treated her very well. They made sure she met people. Food was good when I ate there. My MIl has lived in the Veradon IL and Bella rose in Tulsa. They were subpar on many things. Food was degrading so for her to say the food was good it was. During her passing they were so compassionate to her and us.

There has been a lot of changes the short time we have been at Legends. Its a very lovely decoration and comfortable. It appears to be an upscale facility Being new and not understanding details of all the charges what to expect was a little unsettling to me.
