PositiveMy husband is at Life Care Center of Columbia. The staff is friendly, compassionate, and helpful. The facility is beautiful and very clean. When you walk in, you wouldn't think you were in a nursing home because it doesn't have odor. It's very pleasant. The food, the majority of the time, is tasty. It looks like you want to eat it because they put it on the plate organized, it just looks good. He's in a private room, and it's big. It's very clean and housekeeping keeps it neat and clea…

PositiveThe rooms were comfortable, and the staff was kind and confident. The Physical Therapy was very helpful and got me back on track to return back home to my loving family. I would recommend this facility to anyone seeking Rehabilitation services. I am well on my way to RECOVERY!

CriticalOne of the worst places I have had the misfortune of staying. The nursing staff (and I use that term loosely) was horrible, extremely rude and always slow to respond…food was horrible and always cold when served. If I ever have the need for any type of rehab again, it will definitely not be at Life Care. Physical therapy was useful but occupational therapy was a waste of time. No activities were ever offered and there were no amenities.

CriticalI was in Life Care Center of Columbia for my rehab, and it was horrible there. It was hard living there for the fourteen days. I was there eighteen days, and when I got out of there I was glad to be out of there. I had to have surgery again on my foot, and I'm praying they don't put me back there. It was a horrible place. My sister had to call the administrator because I was sleeping in a juvenile bed. I'm 6'1" and they had to give me a full-size bed. The therapy was wonderful. The therapis…

PositiveI've visited Life Care Center of Columbia, and I know the administrator there, Tina. The experience was nice. We would go there on Saturdays or Sundays and sing songs or spiritual hymns, and they enjoyed that. The rooms were nice, well kept, and organized, and the staff knows what they're doing. It's always clean. If I ever had to put a family member somewhere, I would be comfortable with them going there. It seemed to be a very nice community.
